We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join our amazing team, working at our Birmingham Airport Office.

Whether it is for our customers at Birmingham Airport or our airport partners at Leeds Bradford, Manchester, East Midlands and Bristol airports, our customers benefit from the highest level of service.
Customer Service Agents are tasked with serving passengers at our airport office, located immediately outside the terminal building at Birmingham, inbound and outbound phone calls, answering email enquiries from public and corporate customers, booking taxi journeys at each of our locations and providing an excellent level of customer service.
Agents will be fully trained on our computer systems enabling Agents to plan and dispatch bookings to our fleet of drivers.
The required candidate must have excellent customer service skills and a warm telephone manner with a confident and professional persona. Computer literacy is essential.
Experience of working in a call centre or office environment would be advantageous, however we welcome applications from anyone with a keen desire to be the best at what they do!
