Driver/Customer Liaison Officer

We are recruiting for a Driver/Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Birmingham Airport.

Driver Customer Liaison Officers are responsible for the drivers and our fleet on a day to day basis. The role will include ensuring the fleet is clean, maintained and presentable at all times. This manager will also be responsible for ensuring that drivers adhere to our rules and those of the airport, following all necessary policies, procedures and guidelines.

Driver Customer Liaison Officers are also tasked with assisting passengers at our airport office, located immediately outside the terminal building at Birmingham, providing an excellent level of customer service.

Hours: 40 hours a week

  • Working in a busy customer service environment

  • Speaking / Liaising with different departments including drivers
  • Dealing with related admin
  • Making outbound calls to customers


  • Valid UK driving licence
